In 2025, VDA continues all of its existing work and added a new, statewide, grassroots organizing initiative. The goal: to create systemic, lasting change that makes it more feasible for Vermont dance artists to live, work, and create here. The arts should be considered a key part of the solution to Vermont’s most pressing challenges, because they are essential to community health, resilience, livability, equity, and connection.
