I teach classic Nia 4-5 days a week by Zoom and limited in person classes. Nia is a barefoot dance fitness practice that conditions and tones the whole body. It is joyful and intentional and helps to align body, mind, spirit and emotions. It for all fitness levels and body types. Nia uses simple choreography and free dance to craft a fitness experience that encourages participants to go inward, experience sensation, and to move in their body's way. No dance experience is needed to enjoy Nia., while experienced dancers can enjoy Nia's fitness conditioning.
