Information that Vermont Dance Alliance Collects
Vermont Dance Alliance, Inc. (the “Company,” “us,” “we”) collects personal information when you register with Vermont Dance Alliance, when someone invites you to join Vermont Dance Alliance, and when you use, access, or visit Vermont Dance Alliance. When you register we ask for certain information such as your name and email address. When you register with Vermont Dance Alliance and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Vermont Dance Alliance is not intended for children under the age of 13.
The words, sounds, images, and other media content (“Content”) that you submit for inclusion in Vermont Dance Alliance may reveal personal information about you and the subjects of that Content. We ask that you obtain permission from others and that you carefully consider the information that you want to disclose about yourself and others in the public forum that Vermont Dance Alliance provides. Please be thoughtful and decent. Once you choose to share Content through Vermont Dance Alliance, that Content could potentially be copied and reshared by others with access to Vermont Dance Alliance.
Vermont Dance Alliance may automatically receive and record information from your computer/mobile device and browser, including your IP address/device ID, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. Vermont Dance Alliance may set and access Vermont Dance Alliance cookies on your computer. Vermont Dance Alliance may use web beacons and other technologies to track your use of Vermont Dance Alliance.
How Vermont Dance Alliance Uses and Discloses Information

You can also opt out of receiving future messages (including the “Vermont Dance Alliance Email Newsletter” email), but we reserve the right to continue to send you certain communications relating to Vermont Dance Alliance, such as service announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Confidentiality and Security
We have physical and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information we maintain about you. However, notwithstanding these safeguards, unauthorized persons may access your personal information and account. We cannot promise that your personal information will always be secure.
Users from outside the United States should be aware that they are submitting their information to servers within the United States and that they may not be entitled to the protections and remedies provided for under the laws of their places of residence.
