Led by local dance artist, Ellen Smith Ahern, this wild, interdisciplinary performance explores human and more-than-human relationship through story, song, sculpture and dance.  With live storytelling and folks music, a migrating herd of creature-like lanterns, curious movement and a healthy dose of humor, Vulture Sister Song brings together artists and community members to celebrate the possibilities of vibrant interdependence.

Re-membering: a performance for The Growing Peace Project

Re-membering: a performance for The Growing Peace Project

THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS

Re-membering is a trauma-informed experiential journey into the light and shadow of ancestral (re)connection for the curious and open-hearted rebels of this weary world. Come along for a wild ride of identity and joy, history and harm, as movement-makers Angelina Ponzio Labate (she/her) and Solasta McIntyre Ethridge (they/them) follow the breadcrumbs back to who we are - so we may heal in love and root in equity.

Big Move Workshop: Perception, Meaning & Movement

Big Move Workshop: Perception, Meaning & Movement

Unpack your perceptual assumptions, explore ambiguity and feel out that third thing that exists between the self and the other. Faye Driscoll, a Doris Duke Award-winning performance maker and Viola Stoermer, Assistant Professor in Dartmouth's Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences co-facilitate this virtual, experiential workshop of sensory experiments.

This experience is open to all and traverses ideas from dance, embodiment studies and cognitive science. We recommend participating with a partner if it is possible to do safely.
