Pandemic Passages: Monthly Workshop

In this series of monthly virtual gatherings, we will explore the landscape of our Pandemic lives, and open the unexpected gifts, as well as the sadnesses, the letting go, the longing, the missing.

Since the winter of 2020 we all have been living with at least an undercurrent of stress from the Covid-19 Pandemic. For some, it has changed life radically, whether or not you or a loved one has contracted the virus. Working, shopping, all aspects of our lives have been altered. Just as we thought we could relax our guard, the Delta Variant swept in.

We will utilize spacious and relaxing methods, such as breathing, mindful movement of a very gentle sort (seated or standing), guided meditation, and storytelling. You will bring your own materials for writing or drawing, creating a little space, whatever you wish, maybe a musical instrument. Everyone chooses how to record their process and sharing with the group is always an option. Tracy Penfield will be the primary facilitator, with occasional guest artists. Each month the content will vary and drop-ins are always welcome!
