Discover a restorative, joyful, intelligent system--Noyes Rhythm--developed 100 years ago by Florence Fleming Noyes. This is a class with flowing technique (for strengthening and alignment) and improvisation based on rich nature imagery.
All bodies welcome, no experience necessary. Bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat, if you like, for the portion where we lie on the earth.
