The Hollow Show

Calling all VT transplants in Washington, DC! Join us for an afternoon of dance and music performances in Montrose Park, Georgetown (by the tennis courts!) featuring dancers Lucia Gagliardone, Raeanna Grey, and Chloe Conway, and musician Norell Sherman. Created and curated by Lucia Gagliardone with the intention of bringing the community together to share in live performance, "The Hollow" showcases works of music and dance that contend with solitude, connection, bewilderment, grief, and healing. Grounded in site-specific movement creation and the outdoor public space, this pop-up art show is open to all.

Come early and picnic! Bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs! The performance will take place near the tennis courts, next to the historic rope walk. Just follow the music!

Montrose Park has public restrooms and street parking is available in the surrounding areas. The park is accessible by several Metro bus lines.

This event is free! Donations are greatly appreciated and will be distributed evenly among the artists to compensate them for their artistic work. Suggested donation is $5-$30. If you would like to contribute to the artists, please use one of the options below:
