For dancers, actors, artists, and writers!
This online workshop introduces Authentic Movement (AM) as a way to uncover and explore the active imagination and material of the unconscious—images, memories, dreams and feeling states. AM is a self-directed movement meditation that cultivates the ability to listen and respond to the inherent wisdom of the body. It supports us in creating our own artistic work and freeing ourselves from judgment. Come home to the body.
Wear comfortable movement clothes and have a notebook or artistic materials handy. No experience necessary.
