Noyes Nature Rhythm workshop

Get beyond your own limits. Guidance with deep nature imagery and *live piano music* that transforms your habitual movement, brings true release, and invites exciting group patterns. Technique and approach developed in the early 1900's by Florence Fleming Noyes; very smart somatic concepts that will give you a new take on relaxation, alignment and strengthening. Victor Gould, pianist.
