Noyes Nature Rhythm Immersive/Retreat CAMP

Noyes School of Rhythm--IMMERSIVE AND RETREAT sessions to study the 100-year-old practice of Noyes Rhythm. A way of moving freely and with strength, of being in harmony with nature, of awaking creativity, of finding joy in self and community.

Stay for a week or for a long weekend and be in residence with us practicing this important work and way of life. Classes in the mornings, meals in the farmhouse, swim in the lake, make art, free dance at night with live pianist, sleep in platform tents or cabins, Find forever friends and get deep rest between the stresses of our world. Be part of the land for a little while and learn the wisdom of movement practice and education system passed down by generations of women.

Emily Arwen Mott is a musician, dancer, and massage therapist. She has taught the Noyes Rhythm movement system to adults for 15 years and is now a program director for the Noyes School of Rhythm in Portland, CT. Emily is fascinated with the deep creativity and healing that comes from awakening the body’s intelligence. She expresses her love for the world through teaching, touch and composition. Emily runs a private music instruction studio, music and movement classes for children, and is certified as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor.
