Noyes Nature Rhythm Class--OUTDOORS!

Let's dance outside! We need the deep assurance of the earth and trees and to release into a healthier rhythm. I've been offered a gorgeous grassy space on beautiful Charlotte land. The joyful and restorative Noyes Rhythm practice uses nature-imagery guidance and healing techniques with beautiful music. Class is open to all levels and all people. ***RSVP to emilyarwenmott@gmail needed to receive the address.*** Sliding scale $5-$25 LIMIT 8 attendees (plus two hosts)
No public bathroom unless it's an emergency, so be comfortable with the woods. Physical distancing is expected and please bring a mask, water, bug spray etc.

Emily Arwen Mott is a musician, dancer, and massage therapist. She has taught the Noyes Rhythm movement system to adults for 15 years and is now a program director for the Noyes School of Rhythm in Portland, CT. Emily is fascinated with the deep creativity and healing that comes from awakening the body’s intelligence. She expresses her love for the world through teaching, touch and composition. Emily runs a private music instruction studio, music and movement classes for children, and is certified as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor.
