Ignite Your Winter Light, Contact Improv Workshop Series, Part 2: Shadow

Exploring the Dance of Light and Shadow through Contact Improv, Part 2: Shadow

Learn basics of Contact Improv and deepen connection with your inner landscape as the season shifts. We will explore qualities of warmth, courage, self-awareness, and rest. Participants will gain confidence with giving/receiving weight, compression, and authentic movement.

Taina Lyons is a group facilitator, holistic therapist, meditator, clown-mama, and dancer. She is curious about how movement, awareness, intimacy, and intention create a container for transformation and growth.
