Combining her love of yoga with her passion for dance, join Hanna Satterlee for this expressive movement class, which will find you moving and flowing through yoga based sequences designed to enhance your individual dance!
Drawing on her experience in improvisation and contemporary dance, Hanna will "choreograph" a warm up sequence, sun salute sequence, balance sequence, inversion sequence and floor sequence, working lyrically through familiar yoga postures before giving you the freedom to improvise and groove inside your own flow!
Intermediate/advanced yoga or dance experience recommended. Space is limited to 10 participants, pre-registration strongly recommended!
