Slow Flow Movement, Yoga, and Dance:
Monday and Wednesdays: Starting in January.
Mondays: 8:45 am to 9:45 am Via Zoom
Wednesdays:: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward. Slow Flow is a therapeutic dance of moving meditation. This class is geared towards all practitioners looking to build muscle strength, balance, coordination and mindfulness.
*** As we practice imbuing our efforts with grace, this approach becomes habitual and intrinsic to our nature on and off the yoga mat. Through The flow of our Vinyasa practice, we unfold toward greater self-awareness and acceptance, increased resilience and compassion, a healthier, calmer way of being.
