This week here are 5 daily options to join me in movement! All will be via zoom, with modifications in each class to suit all levels. I am also available for private sessions, if you are interested please let me know.

Tuesday March 24th, 9-9:45am EST, Mix and Match
Wednesday March 25th, 7-8pm EST, Yoga Flow
Thursday March 26th, 12-12:45pm EST, Body Blast
Friday March 27th, 9-9:45am EST, Mix and Match
Body Blast: High intensity (with options to modify!) weights, calisthenics, cardio, core exercises, sweat! Prepare yoga mat, and two sets of weights (light, and medium to heavy)
Mix and Match: A longer emphasis on stretching and warming up, matched with upbeat exercises to enliven the spirit and challenge the physical form- waking you up to dive into your day. Prepare yoga mat and one set of light weights.
Yoga Flow: A calming flow mixed with breath work, deep stretching and relaxation techniques. Prepare a yoga mat (or space equivalent), something comfortable to sit on (pillow, meditation cushion, stack of blankets, etc) and one block if you have it!
