Class Description:
This class is great for dancers who have some experience with contemporary dance and are ready to move! We will begin with a somatic based floor warm-up, followed by standing sequences, and end by learning a contemporary phrase, practicing full-body movement and dynamic performing.

This class series will build consecutively to help dancers gain strength and precision, grace and a connection to the earth, and an ability to move both dynamically and freely.
