Friday: 11am-12pm EST MOVING YOGA
BODY BLAST: High intensity (with options to modify!) weights, calisthenics, cardio, core exercises, sweat! Great for cross-training if you are an athlete or dancer! Prepare yoga mat, and two sets of weights (light, and medium to heavy). You can create weights out of things around the house, just be sure that you can grip them, and that they are equal in weight to each other (fill two water bottles, find two pieces of firewood in equal weight, etc!). I will send a Spotify playlist to use, or feel free to find your own favorite upbeat music!
MOVING YOGA: A flowing sequence of yoga-based postures with full body expression, meant to open your mind, body and breath into positivity, balance and harmony. Some yoga experience recommended. Prepare mat and block if you have it, and something comfortable to sit on. I will send a Spotify playlist or choose your own upbeat tunes.

I will send you the link to join at least one hour prior to the class(es) you choose so please be sure to register at least one hour in advance. (If you wish to join more than one class, feel free to make one payment and include in the comments the classes you will join). Please invite at least one friend this week!
Please make sure you have downloaded zoom! I will open the call 10 minutes prior to our start time to trouble shoot with anyone who needs assistance. Y’all will be automatically muted upon arrival, so if you have any questions you’ll just need to un-mute yourself to ask.
