High intensity (with options to modify!) weights, calisthenics, cardio, core exercises, sweat! Great for cross-training if you are an athlete or dancer! Prepare yoga mat, and two sets of weights (light, and medium to heavy). You can create weights out of things around the house, just be sure that you can grip them, and that they are equal in weight to each other (fill two water bottles, find two pieces of firewood in equal weight, etc!). I will send a Spotify playlist to use, or feel free to find your own favorite upbeat music!
