Full body workout, weights, calisthenics, cardio, core exercises, sweat! Helpful objects include a yoga mat, and two sets of weights (light, and medium to heavy). You can create weights out of things around the house, just be sure that you can grip them, and that they are equal in weight to each other (fill two water bottles, find two pieces of firewood in equal weight, etc!). Open level, with options to modify!
