This Spring, from January through May, VDA is partnering with two Vermont dance studios: "Open Door Integrative Wellness" in White River Junction and "SoBo Studio" in Brattleboro to bring exciting weekend workshops to the Vermont dance community! We are calling the series "Exploring New Terrain..." happening once per month, introducing new ways of dancing, and unique styles of dance practices.

Join 17 Vermont choreographers for this virtual dance performance showcase! The evening will feature all new works, created in the month of January during the National Choreography Month challenge. Meet new artists, see dance, find inspiration!
This performance is a fundraiser for the Vermont Dance Alliance, with tickets ranging from $15-$80.

The January Challenge is the foundation to all that is NACHMO. It is our annual challenge to inspire dancers, choreographers, and movement enthusiasts to choreograph by providing a month-long deadline to complete their work and connect it to a community of peers.
